Choosing Which Calendars to Show
Not every calendar on your device needs to appear in Rouzz. You choose which ones to display — the same way Apple's Calendar app groups them by account.
Opening calendar settings
Go to Settings → Calendars (inside Rouzz, not iOS Settings).
Calendars are grouped by account or source — for example, iCloud, Gmail, and Exchange each get their own section.
Toggling visibility
Tap a calendar row to turn it on or off:
- On (filled color circle with checkmark) — events from this calendar appear in Month and List views, and alarms can be scheduled for them.
- Off (empty circle) — events are hidden and excluded from alarm scheduling.
Your choices are saved and restored on the next launch.
During onboarding
The Choose calendars onboarding step lets you pick visible calendars on first run. You can change this anytime in Settings.
Hidden calendars and new events
When creating an event, you can only save to writable calendars. If you pick a calendar that is currently hidden, Rouzz shows a warning: turn the calendar on in Settings → Calendars or choose a different calendar.
What hiding does not do
Hiding a calendar in Rouzz does not delete it or stop it from syncing on your device. It only affects what Rouzz displays and schedules. Other apps continue to show those calendars normally.
